Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP)

Service that consists of the preparation of a document that contains a set of defined actions and procedures, with clearly established responsibilities, for the recovery of the technological component, systems and most critical telecommunication services of the business.

Why is it important

When an incident or natural disaster occurs that affects an organization, it must know how it can recover and thus prevent the business from really suffering from the event that happened. Having a technological disaster recovery plan will help define the actions that the organization must take to recover correctly after the incident.
