Senior Sales Representative, Guatemala (On Site)

Short Job Description:

The candidate plays an essential role in the commercial strategy of the technology company, leading initiatives to drive sales growth and market expansion, as well as making key connections within the market and critical areas for both clients and potential clients and allies. A highly motivated individual will work collaboratively with the sales team, clients, and strategic partners to achieve and exceed established business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Visits
  • Understanding customer needs, with support from Pre-Sales personnel
  • Pricing management for product and solution offerings
  • Responsible for product line quotas
  • Coordination and management of customer issues
  • Account development
  • Building opportunity maps
  • Creating account plans
  • Visiting and supporting sellers with their accounts
  • Responsible for placing orders in the system
  • Responsibility for ensuring delivery and invoicing of what has been sold to customers.

ESSENTIAL

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in selling technology products and solutions

  • Full proficiency in English
  • Experience in marketing several or some of our main brands, DELL, Microsoft, and VMWARE
Pre-sales and After-sales Engineer, Guatemala (On Site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing enterprise solutions with hardware and software from the brands/technologies we handle
  • Preparation of presentations and solution proposals
  • Presenting to internal and external clients
  • Implementation of designed infrastructure solutions
  • Researching infrastructure innovations
  • Training and certifications in the brands we handle

ESSENTIAL Skills:

Experience:

  • Experience in designing and architecting enterprise infrastructure solutions
  • Virtualization solutions
  • Traditional infrastructure scenarios
  • Structured and unstructured data scenarios
  • Disaster recovery environments
  • Experience in implementing, installing, supporting, and maintaining infrastructure
  • Hardware such as servers, storage, and networks
  • Compute virtualization software
  • Data protection software and hardware, backups, and replications
  • Management of Microsoft and Linux operating systems

Education:

  • Completed high school studies related to technology
  • University studies related to technology (systems, informatics, electronics, etc.)

Languages:

  • Spanish
  • Proficiency in at least 90% of English (reading and writing)
  • Ability to study material in English

NICE TO HAVE

  • Intermediate level proficiency in English at 100%
  • Relevant certifications from VMware, Veeam, and DellEMC
  • Previous experience in pre-sales and/or post-sales with some of our main brands such as Dell, Microsoft, VMware, and Veeam
