Senior Technology Sales Representative

At Transforma Digital, we are looking for a Senior Technology Sales Representative with solid experience in consultative sales and deep knowledge of the technology market. This position is key to the company’s growth and focuses on acquiring new clients, developing strategic accounts, and closing high-value opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies for technology products and solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, negotiation, and closing.
• Identify business opportunities with new and existing clients.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
• Prepare commercial proposals and executive presentations.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in technology solutions sales.
• Knowledge of infrastructure technologies or similar solutions.
• Advanced negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
• Intermediate to advanced English (preferred).

Role Purpose

Provide first-level technical support to end users, resolving issues related to computer equipment, peripherals, operating systems, and office software, while ensuring proper maintenance and management of equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve incidents in live applications.
• Monitor application performance.
• Provide support, guidance, and assistance to end users.
• Implement temporary and permanent solutions.
• Propose improvements to processes and systems.
• Follow up on recurring issues and handle emergencies.

Ideal Profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in technical support or application support.
• Knowledge of enterprise applications.
• Basic administrative and financial understanding.
• Experience supporting end users.
• SCRUM certification or experience is desirable.
• Intermediate English.
